Nécessaire pour le wash-out absolu. Si ≤ 10 UH : adénome riche en lipides, wash-out inutile.

Densité après injection (temps portal, ~60–70 s)

Densité au temps tardif (10–15 min)

Résultat

Wash-out absoluseuil adénome ≥ 60 % —

Wash-out relatifseuil adénome ≥ 40 % —

Saisis au moins la densité après injection et la densité tardive.

Wash-out absolu (APW) = (D_portal − D_tardif) / (D_portal − D_spontanée) × 100
Wash-out relatif (RPW) = (D_portal − D_tardif) / D_portal × 100

APW ≥ 60 % ou RPW ≥ 40 % → adénome (typiquement pauvre en lipides).
Densité spontanée ≤ 10 UH → adénome riche en lipides (caractérisation acquise).
RPW s'utilise quand la série sans injection n'est pas disponible.
